Grab your link in the portal
Log in at apollogrouptvs.com/ClientPortal and open the Referrals tab. Your personal link is on that screen — it auto-tags any signup that lands on the site through it.

Does the referred friend have to take a specific plan for me to get credit?
Any paid plan counts — 1-month through 12-month. The credit you receive is always one free month at the same tier as your current plan. So if you're on the Platinum 12-month, you get one Platinum month added to the end of your term, not a 1-month token.
How many friends can I refer?
There's no cap. People who genuinely recommend Apollo to a half-dozen people and bring them all over have ended up with a year of free service. We track each successful signup separately.
When does the friend's discount apply?
On their first subscription order, before checkout. The discount is automatically pulled from your referral link's tag — they don't have to type anything. If they create an account by going directly to the site without your link, the discount won't apply, even if they mention your name.
Can I refer someone who already had an Apollo account?
No. The program is for net-new customers. If they signed up before, even years ago, the referral won't credit. Existing subscribers can use the renewal credit system in their portal instead.
What if my friend refunds inside their 7-day window?
We reverse the referral credit on your side. Same logic as everywhere else — refunds undo the reward. You won't be charged for it, the month just gets removed if it hadn't been used yet.
Does this work if I gift them the subscription directly?
Different feature. The client portal also has a Gift Subscription option — you pay for someone else's plan upfront, they get a credentials email, no payment info on their end. The referral program is separate; only one or the other applies to a given signup.
