Common errors and fixes
These cover ~95% of “Apollo not working” reports. If you see something different, contact support — average reply time is under 5 minutes.
403Forbidden / unauthorized
Your subscription likely expired or credentials are wrong. Log in at the Client Portal to renew or double-check your login. If you just renewed, allow up to 30 minutes for credentials to propagate.
404Stream not found
The channel or VOD source is temporarily offline (broadcaster issue, not ours). Try another channel — usually clears within minutes. If 404 affects most channels, restart the app.
433Connection limit reached
You've hit the 5-simultaneous-stream limit. Sign out on a device you're not using, or wait 5 minutes for an idle session to time out.
500Server error
Server-side issue. Wait 2–3 minutes and reload. If it persists, check this status page for any active incident.
Buffering / freezingNetwork issue, not the app
Run a speed test on your streaming device. HD needs 10+ Mbps; 4K needs 25+ Mbps. Switch to wired Ethernet if possible — biggest single fix for stability.
Parse errorAPK install issue
Downloader corrupted mid-download or Firestick storage is full. Free up storage (Settings → Applications → Manage), clear Downloader cache, and try the code again.
Black screen with audioDRM / mirror issue (Roku only)
Some content blocks screen-mirror output. Try a different channel/title or use a Firestick for native playback.
